Our annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 18 at 12 noon.
It will be at the usual intersection of Watertrough and Muleskinner. Bring a chair and please feel welcome to join us there and have a chance to meet some of your neighbors, as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. We especially encourage new residents and property owners to come without any hesitation. Anyone who wishes is welcome to bring some refreshments or snacks.
We plan to discuss PGE's intended upcoming projects on the Ranch, how that is likely to impact our roads and what will be done to address any road damage, as well as unrelated road repairs. We will likely also discuss county code enforcement activity in the area.
We can accept payments for annual dues at the meeting. However, as our mailing has gone out late this year, we will consider dues "current" for voting purposes as long as they're paid through 2024.
One committee seat will be up for election, as usual.
