Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

Over the years we have found that there has been some confusion and lack of awareness surrounding the Double Eagle Ranch's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions  (CC&Rs). Occasionally property owners have said they were entirely unaware that any CC&Rs existed. This section is to clarify what our CC&Rs are and how they apply to those who live, stay, or own land on the Ranch.

All property owners should have been made aware of the CC&Rs and told to review them before acquiring their property on Double Eagle Ranch. Whether or not this happened as it should have, CC&Rs are a legally binding document applicable to all parcels which make up the Ranch (they are equivalent to laws, except that they are limited geographically to Double Eagle Ranch), and so it is important to be familiar with them. For convenience, a copy of the CC&Rs is provided below.
