PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A BACKHOE OR GRADING EQUIPMENT ON THE RANCH THAT YOU'D BE WILLING TO ALLOW A PROFESSIONAL OPERATOR TO USE FOR ROAD REPAIRS!

As most of you know, our roads are maintained only by the very modest annual dues we collect, which does not go very far. Most of that gets spent on the paved road. 

We have heard from people on various occasions, or seen first hand, various places on our dirt roads in serious need of repair, and certainly there are others which have not been brought to our attention. With a very limited budget, the equipment needed tends to be cost prohibitive.

We are aware that at times some of you have taken it upon yourselves to repair a problematic part of the road, and we appreciate that!

A big part of the expense in dirt road repairs is equipment transport and rental cost. If any of you have a backhoe, or other types of grading and earth-moving equipment that you’d be willing to allow use of, we will do our best to get a skilled professional operator here to try to help with some of the trouble spots on our roads. Also, if you happen to be an experienced operator with or without equipment on the ranch, and are willing to help, please get in touch with us.
